Hi, I’m Sara Bradly
I'm a BACP-registered Person-Centred Counsellor and Focusing-Oriented Psychotherapist, qualified to work with both adults and children. I'm also the director of Inner Focus Limited.
I have a great passion for Focusing and am enthusiastic to pass on this very special and powerful way of engaging with self and others. Having worked as a counsellor for over ten years I’ve seen the incredible positive effects that Focusing can have on the wellbeing of both adults and children. I have also experienced these positive effects for myself.
I’ve therefore set out, in establishing Inner Focus, to enable individuals to experience the benefits of Focusing, whether in Counselling/ Focusing-Oriented Psychotherapy sessions, 1:1 Guided Focusing sessions, or Focusing training and workshops.
Whether you’re an individual, a parent, an organisation, community group or school, I hope you’ll get in touch!
Please be assured that whatever your nationality, race, colour, gender identity (including non-binary/ gender non-conforming), sexual orientation, disability*, religion you are most welcome.
Email me at sara@inner-focus.co.uk or call me on 07979 180170 for a friendly chat.
